Hampton Inn & Suites Banning/Beaumont

The breakfast was a highlight, with eggs, meats, and make-your-own waffles. Clean rooms with comfortable beds made for a restful night. The pool area was disappointing. It had debris floating and cloudy water, rendering it unusable. The hallway temperature felt excessively warm without A/C.

We got a room with a tub.

Never got a receipt for our room price and cost. We gave credit card upon booking reservation, and gave credit card when checking in, but never received a bill /recipt for our stay. Never heard of this method before, and will never do that again. We will also call directly for our reservation, to obtain discounts that we asked for senior 70+, Elks Lpodge Member, aarp member and aaa member, but no discountw were given to us because we evidently booked it on-line and that eliniates discounts. This is absurd! We liked the actual hotel and its staff, but this method of bookeeping sucks and is very unprofessional.

Wonderful and clean place, everything was really good. Our room was not only updated, but also tastefully decorated with very nice bedding, a complimentary breakfast plus nice cool air conditioning. The extremely helpful and very helpful staff in that manner provided all the necessary info.

Rooms had great amenities, but AC was moldy.

Comfortable beds ensured a restful night after exploring. Breakfast boasted an excellent selection despite a minor wait for syrup. Only downside, inconsistent housekeeping response. A pleasant experience!

The hotel was perfect for our large family, with easy access to nearby eateries and attractions. The complimentary breakfast was a hit, especially the hot waffles and fresh fruit. We enjoyed exploring nature at Joshua Tree National Park, just a short drive away.

My kids wished for a larger pool area, as it got crowded quickly .

I recently stayed for a night and loved the clean, spacious room with a mini-fridge and microwave. The self-serve laundry was handy, but the breakfast selection needed improvement.

Unexpected kindness after a mishap

The staff saved our stay. After a room mix-up, they worked tirelessly to resolve the issue, and their attentiveness made all the difference.

The initial confusion was frustrating, taking nearly two hours to sort out, unnecessary and could've been handled better.

Great variety in breakfast options.

We were overwhelmed by the smell of cigarette smoke as soon as we opened the door. The furniture was old and dirty, and the rugs were filthy. The pool was dirty and the few pool chairs were broken. Our stay was quite disappointing.

Warm staff, cozy breakfast area!

I had a lovely 2-night stay in a spacious room with two comfortable queen beds and enjoyed relaxing in the jacuzzi and lounging by the outdoor pool. The only downside was that the breakfast staff seemed a bit slow to help when I asked for syrup for my waffles, but it didn’t ruin my overall experience. I’d recommend asking for a room away from the freeway for a quieter sleep! 😊
